MPC and what turntable?????????

I know da best turntable around is a technics 1200 but when using a turntable with an mpc for the main purpose of sampling vinyl does it really make a difference what kind of turntable I use alongside the mpc 2000.........

I think most turntables are good to use JUST as long as the record and turntable needle are clean.

I AGREE WITH LAM, NOW IF YOU THINK YOU'LL BE EVOLVING INTO SCRATCHING AND HEAVY MIXING THEN YOU SHOULD TAKE THOSE THOUGHTS INTO CONSIDERATION. OTHERWISE AS LONG AS YOU GET A DECENT NEEDLE AND RESPECT YOUR EQUIPMENT THE RESULTS CAN ONLY BE BEAUTIFUL. oH YEAH PENDING ON YOUR NEEDS LOOK FOR A TURNTABLE WITH GOOD PITCH SHIFTING AND SPEED CONTROL. THESE AID IN YOUR ABILITY TO MANIPULATE THE RECORDS MORE.

I asked basically the same question and got a totally different answer. All I wanted to know was if any decent turntable would suffice for sampling purposes and i got answers from some that seem to be technic reps. i appreciate the feedback, but i'm not trying to send 5 when i could spend 1.
