Change song tempo

How do i change a whole song tempo? or a whole sequence?

Just highlight where it says '120.0 SEQ' (top left) and either jog wheel to a new tempo or type the numbers in and press enter.

cant it be dunn in song mode?

I beleive that Song Mode tempo is determined by the sequences playing in it, so you cannot change it unless you change the sequence in sequence mode. I may be worng though, my MPC is not to hand at the moment.

the only way is to record the whole song into the pc then change the tempo?

you can convert all ur sequences into one long sequence in SONG mode (convert option) and then manipulate the tempo of the "new" sequence just created.
