I use to have a mpc2000 that I would leave on all day and the screen burned out gradually over time. I thought I learned a lesson which was u cant leave that shit on all day or it will burn out. Now I have a mpc2000xl which I've had for over a year and I turn it off whenever its not in use b/c of what happened to my first mpc, but now one bars burned out on the left side and ones starting to burn out on the right. Is this just expected with these machines? How do you pro-long the life of the screen and how do I keep it from burning up any more? I dont want to have to buy a new one cuz the price is a joke...u can buy a Korg Triton touch screen for less
