Have Problems With Right Channel Sample

I have a sample that I have that is in stereo I don't have the record any more and the problem I'm having is that the left side is really loud but the right channel has almost no sound is there a way that maybe I can Convert it to mono to get both sides even. Any advise I'm using the mpc 2000 CLASSIC not xl

but I think they are different probelms. Mine was due to crappy wires and noise. Get some good cables. Any help, probably not.

The problem is I need to take the exsiting sample I have and some how make the right side even with the left.

Convert to a new mono sample and see if you like it or not.
It should be as loud as the loudest channel.

Note: You'll lose any stereo panning/effect info within the sample.

its your right arm

simply replace it with your left and vice versa

you might want to try the same with your ears....oh, and dont forget to hit the polarity reverse switch on the left channel. That along with a james brown sample through a adenalinnII (dont use the drums) should fix it.

How do you convert to mono? Can you do this on the 2000. I did a search and I couldn't find it and I don't have a manual

I assume bcuz you post on a forum you have at least a 2nd grade reading level....I'd advise you exersize it
