I doubt it, these kind of drives most of the time require drivers of some kind.

thats what i was thinking when i found it ,but they make it sound like you just replace the drive and thats it.

would be nice to see someone do it on an original 2000.since its limited on the internal options.

i checked the misumi site.theres no drivers only a firmware update.
