Sampler not picking up any audio

u can actually use that, but u need the 2 1/4 inch adapters like what dude listed above earlier, see the cable u have picture is a video cable wit two audio ends, u just cant use the video one, which is the yellow one...but its cheaper to take that cable back to radio shack and get this cable

No, that Discman will work.... get a cable from the electronic store that will be stereo "1/8 stereo plug on one end, and also on the other end "1/4 inch that splits into left and right like this one except a lil longer so it can go to the MPC comfortably from a nice close distance....

Ive said it before and I'll say it again.

You dont HAVE to be a DJ to get into beatmaking, but it sure does help. Then you wouldnt be so lost with all these wires and connections. Glad these guys were patient enough to help, I wouldnt be.
