mpc2000 latest os?

hi and hello all,

i used "search-forum" but i didnt get any needed results!

whats the latest os for the mpc2000?

my used mpc2000 lets me something about bootversion 1.00
and i have a bootdisk with os 1.72

im pretty sure it is 1.14 . i could be wrong tho.

which one? boot or os version? sorry i used the mpc 4 the first time! hope i used the right terms...

the os disk labeled with "os.v: 1.7.2" any newer than this one?

You've got the latest (and last) OS for the standard MPC2000 - 1.72.

Besure to keep 1.70 around. There is a bug in 1.72 in which WAV files do not save properly (does not affect other saves)

so is it safe to say that your best bet is to keep the 1.70 os
if there is a glitch in 1.72
what is the benifit of using it?
