Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

i just copped a 2000 classic for $400 bucks, the problem is the head phones jack is loose and you have to move it around and keep it in one spot to get a signal.
the outputs look like they are a little loose too so i'm trying to be gentle so the same problem doesn't happen in the future. but does anyone know if there's a way i can fix this?
also the note variation knob is ripped off...the lil piece of metal underneath that holds it up. i still have the knob but has anyone had that problem before, i'm about to put a damn paper clip.
even if i can't fix 'em i think i still got a good buy, fruck it.

you can do what i did.

mine is fkked up too cuz i dropped it while the headphones were plugged in.

i ran the outs of my 2000 to my mixer and plugged my headphones into that.

i only do this when my kids are sleeping, otherwise i just use my monitors.

i wouldnt be opening the unit up playing with it solely to fix the headphones. its one thing to open it to install memory or output board. but to be trying to solder shht i dont know about that.
