how do I download all my songs together?

I usually play around with about 50 or so sounds for each song and when I have finished building I save into its own seperate folder on zip. What I want to know is ,say i create another 5 songs also using 50 sounds,how do I save them altogether in the same folder if Im using all 64 pads for one song so that when I upload them I am able to switch from one song to the next. Is it possible if Im using different sounds over all the pads for each one. Thanks
