CAN A MPC2000XL WORK ON ANY COMPUTER?

My mpc still hasen't arrived yet,but i was wondering if the 2000xl was compatible with a regular pc?

Black PC's: yes, red or biege: no. Clash problem.

my bad,what i actually meant was what would i need for my pc to be compatible with an mpc2kxl w/internal zip...would i need some other hard ware installed?

as long as u have a zip drive in ur pc also u can transfer sound from the computer rgiht into the mpc, just make sure u convert the sounds to wav.. but if you want to record your beats into the computer u might need a professional soundcard.

i just use the basic audiphile 24/96. it only cost me $150 and it works find. never had a problem. go to www.M-audio.com if your interested. peace.

I use a ZIP250 in my PC and MPC and a Clownblaster Audigy 1 Platinum.
