mpc2000xl + 5 modules using a motu midi timepiece?

first off whut's up!!! i'm new to the board

& my question is, how are you guys running a mpc2000xl & 5 modules using a midi av timepiece? the manual didnt say how to hook up a timepice using a seq'er. if i run everything midi in & midi out from the master keyboard + modules. then how would i incorporate the mpc into the fold? hope this isnt to confusing.... thanks

use midi thru on the modules and put each module on a midi channel(or set of midi channles) then mute all the other midi channels on the corrsponding module so unwanted sounds arent triggerd
