Power Cord

I have not recieved my MPC2000 yet, but i am wondering, if you take it with you on a car ride will it power up, or will it only power up with the power cable connected?

i got the new solar powered MPC

u can get one of those car plug adapters that go into the cigarrette lighter, and get the high voltage action going on, kinda lookin like this....

on some other stuff(related though), is there any type of battery that would hold charge and power the MPC? you know how laptop batteries can last hours, anything to power up something that's 120V for an hour even? i'm sure many of us would purchase something like that to be idiots on the road.

yea thats one of those boxes my boy has in his car for the xbox. but his uses a fuse...

yeah, that's what I was thinking...... they make smaller ones too...... not sure how safe this is though, I can see a fuse getting blown.

yea the fuse always breaks...i wouldnt say its not safe, but it might get annoying sometimes.

i obviously know its not battery powered lol
