8 out switching on MPC's

i searched for info about this and i know cat below me has same topic really but ANYWAYS... can i take the 8 outs from an MPC 2000 and put it into a MPC 2000xl? lemme know thanks.

You can put the 8 out card from the MPC2000 into the MPC2000XL. it's the same card in both units.

Tecnically, the exact model number is in both. So it is in there, just doesn't spell out the logic that if its the same model, it works in both.

Should be set though, 8 outs and digital are key

I am thinking of being so crazy to make this cable longer then.
Ok, this might have a electronic risk for my MPC.
Do you know, if I can use the S2000-Outs technically? (for example if the software can recognize the outs)
This would be an interesting way for me to save costs.
