Is there a way to like trim a loop. I will make a drum beat with 4 bars and it'll be really close to being right at the end of the 4 bars but sometimes its just a sec or so off and when it loops its like a pause doesn't flow smooth. so how do you guys fix it or is it just a pratice issue where ill be able to make em perfiect if i keep trying. I havent had the mpc very long so I'm still learnin a lot. Thanks for any help

Yeah in TRIM you can highlight the part that you want to play. You can shorten it if it plays too long. As far as making it longer you can try time stretching. Also maybe as a last option try the TUNE. Play around with each of these and you will get where you wanna go with it. I usually have my loops set to POLY. I go back later in EDIT and set all the duration value for all the notes to the same value. So they all play EXACLTY the same length. Try some of these tips man.

Try adding 1360 samples (30 ms) of silence to the end of the loop.
