Another way to see if it loaded the sound is to:

1. push shift + load.
2. press do it.
3. push keep.
4. shift + trim.
If you can see a .wav in the window, your sound is loaded, now whether you have speakers in order to hear that sound is up to you...

I was thinking maybe you were someone else but obvisouly you are not cause he woould have KNOWN that you need some sort of listening device on the MPC.

"Obviously it must be grey and in a comb-over by now."
Yeah, really.

"No, i dont have speakers hooked up to the unit. Maybe thats my problem?
I just figured the mpc would play back the sound without it."
WOW! and again, WOW!

Really, if you follow everything everyone has said here you should be fine though.

Thanks for the help, i hooked up some speakers to it and it works fine.

My other question is how to save the drum sounds you load on each assigned drum pad. Everytime i turn the unit off the sounds are erased? Could i get some help on this.

Thanks a lot

Now you WANT too damn much, what you want is a basic function in the manual, you need to read up, you can't expect ANYONE to answer that and you don't read up on how to do BASIC functions yourself, c'mon put your head in the game..

There have been a few past peoples on the forums FRONTIN like they some one famous and I wanted to know if the name SUPERNATURAL was really thee Supernatural emcee, you know the freestylie underground artist. That's why I asked.

Proved not be really real cause the real Supernatural knows something about MPC's.

This thread is to much. It got a more dramatic response out of me than any other thread I have ever read. I literaly held my head in my hands and staired at the ground for over a minute in awe.

Thanks
