A simple song mode question

Say i'm in song Mode, and i have all my sequences set, and i want to track my beats into Cubase persay.... Is there anyway I can solo each individual track in SONG MODE so that the track will solo and only record that one sound on Cubase?

you can turn tracks on and off in the main screen for each sequence and only tracks turned ON will play in the song mode.

Will the exporting work even if I don't have like the exact same instrument on the same track of a different sequence? Like say on sequence 1, track one, I have a piano, but then on sequence two track one, I have a organ, when I export it as a sequence, will all of the corresponding parts change when necessary? And if so... how do I do it!?

No, exporting will not accomplish this for you. I'm not sure how to accomplish this. Does it play back correctly in song mode even though the tracks have different instruments per pattern? Also, are you on xl or non-xl.
