Shift+6, drum?, hit the pad u wanna change, params, tune. Change tune to default which is 0..
Problem was your pad was set to a previous tune for another sample..

When you timestretch, a new sample is created with a different name (in the timestretch screen, it gives you a chance to specify the new name right before you 'do it'. )

You must then go back into the program assign screen and assign that new stretched sample to a pad.
