2000XL-MCD vs. 25000

a yo im about to cop an mp. whats better to invest in. Is choppin up samples from a table easier on the xl or 2500. Which would give me the most memory and bang 4 my buck. thanx

come on fam, as much information on this site, you could have done a search. there are plenty of comparisons on here to answer your question. but as far as memory goes, the 2k allows up to 32mb where as the 2.5k allows up to 128mb. internal hard drive support (so far tested up to 100gb) internal cd drive support and with a future os update will be able to burn on the cd. the 2k can not do any of that. but do your search for more detailed comparisons.

You have already answered your own question dawg. The 2500 is clearly what you are looking for. More memory, best bang for your dolla.
