zip problem

I searched thru 14 pages, and couldn't find this problem...



I've got an external zip hooked up...the MP recognizes the drive, but the available space on the disk shows 0.0...the disk is brand new...

can anybody tell me why this is doing this...I'm bout to junk this bullsh*t drive, I'm sick of it already

Try formatting your zip disk

it says it's IBM formatted already...



...when I try to format it in my MPC it crashes (error at 000034) or some shit

Format it on PC with fat16, then try using it on your MPC.
If that works then you will be able to use that disk with both MPC and PC.

Format it via MPC then MPC ONLY will be able to read the disk..
