Welcome to the forums.

Where to start?! You've had it for a month and not sampled with it?!

First you'll need a mixer to go with your turntables, which will output sound to your MPC from the turntable/CD player/whatever. Then some cables. Then read the manual dude.

I reccommend hunting down some records that you know have been sampled by an artist you know. Listen to the original and also the version you know and trying to work out what they did with the samples.

It's a long road ahead so good luck.

I understand your new to all of this but you REALLY need to read through your manual and play with the buttons that you read about.
