not really .. MIDI is as simple or as complex as you make it ..
depends on how many pieces of equipment your trying to midi
together AND which piece will be in charge (MIDI master) of
timing .. i think peeps put to much emphasis on MIDI it should
be a transparent part of your setup .. once its implemented correctly

I Had No Understanding Of It When I First Came Upon It. Cuz i Didnt Think Two Peices Of Equipment Could Communicate Like That. Dope Stuff Once Its Figrured Out.
