zip save question

i'm a bretty new in thic mpc scene. so one really basic question: i've got a zip drive in my mpc, and i wonder can i just save sounds on .waw format in my computer and then load them to my mpc ? or do i need some special software to do that etc. ?

Yes, the 2000Xl reads and writes both snd. and wav. formats.
No other software is needed.
