:? :? i always thought it could. obviosly not to the fine sample grain as there are 41,000+ per second (or whatever) but if you press zoom enough times on the sample edit page it does seem to be able to "zoom" in pretty close... please explain, (if you care to) :) .

also try zooming in on the waveform using the open window button when you are on the loop page. you want the loop to start and end in a dead area (where there is no waveform).

one thing that might help is if you copy and paste your original drum beat a few times, so you can get an idea of what it looks like as a whole. To do this go to zone edit, highlight the entire loop, press edit, toggle to the option that says insert sound, choose the sound you are currently working on and press enter. now your loop should be doubled in length.
