PGM Change Issue

Sup fellas. I'm working on a 2000 OS 1.72. So when I set the PGM value in the main screen, it just plays with no sound, as if there is no PGM at all. My programs I wanna use are def all loaded, and no matter what slot I pick in the PGM value on the main screen, I get no sound. Now, when I go to the program screen and just select one there, then it suddenly works and I get sounds playin. But I wanna use the PGM change so I can change sequences without havin to change the program manually (primarily for live use really). I did read thru the book but didn't really see any references other than using "open window" key on PGM on the main screen. That didn't fix the prob. Hopefully I'm just doin somethin wrong here. Thanks for your time again.

you can insert seq program changes in step edit.

You AREN'T the first to "figure" it out right after a post, trust me.

At least u admit it, some others wanna act like they knew it all along
and then try to play it off. I see through the transparent mumu they are wearing and it's an ugly sight.
