8 outs card from S3000xl?

whats up yalls 2 questions here

i should be hooking up an mpc around next week. im still trying to decide between the 2k/2kxl and 1k

first question -
i have an s3000xl rack sampler. it is totally loaded, it's got the 8 outs and the fx card. if i get a regular mpc2000 (not the xl), i know i can put the eb16 card in it, but will the 8 outputs card work? what about the RAM?

second question-
between that stuff (the fx card and 8 outs) and the SCSI zip drive i have, is there anything that would be differentiating this hooked up regular mpc200 and a 2000xl?

The output board for the 3200 is not compatible with the MPC range - I do not know if the ram can be swapped over - it probably can, but don't hold me to that.
