No comparison in my opinion. V-series are the shyt. I have the BX-5's too. The KRK Rock-it's are pieces of shyt, if you are gonna go KRK, then get the V-Series.(V6 or V8 )
Im content for now. I use the bx-5's and a Roland Keyboard Amp so that my beats bang when Im making it, and I turn the Keyboard Amp off and turn the Bx-5's all the way down so that I can barely hear them when Im mixing everything down.(Try mixing like this, everything will blend PERFECTLY)
I saw some V-6's on Ebay brand new for like $500 for both.
