2000 freezing

I did a search and couldnt really find any answers. My 2000 is starting to freeze pretty consistantly when i do a 3rd sequence. has anyone had this problem or possibly know what could cause it.. its become a huge headache as you can probably imagine.

Do u have the latest OS? (1.72) Try reloading the OS. But the 2ks are known for that kind of problem along with the screens goin out. Im actually finna get rid of my 2k so i can get a 1k since it has a new OS and more portability. But anyways try that and see what happens.

yea i would try to download the latest OS and load it back up to see if that works. is it only on the 3rd sequence? or does it happen anytime you try to make more then 2 sequences?

I used to have problems with my 2K freezing... I really don't have the problwm with my XL

is really rare the mpc 2000 freezes for unknown reason, most of the time is the mem installed, os 1.72 should be remade on new floppy and you should be good, do you see any number on the screen when freezing?, if so post them up, i try to help to the best of my knowledge.
