No matter what I do it always records over my tracks unless I use over-dub. Yes I am switching to another track.
SO I record a snare on track1 then switch to track to that is unused and put in a bass drum it records over my snare. I have rebooted 10 times! I have douple check the track mute screen.
No if I use the "overdup record" I can record on new track without recording over first track. Then I can go to track mute I can play non,one or both of the tracks. Now say I want a third track, I change to third track but I I don't use over dub then it records over track one and two!
I let one of my drunk friend make a beat lst night and now my shits acting stupid, I figure he switched some setting and I can't figure it out.

If you help I'll send you a really cool snare! :)

There is your problem...She hates you...You are a horrible owner who does not understand or respect your beautiful machine...And she is jealous...Just tell her you love her...and that she is your one and only....j/k
