Sound layering?

Hey music headz. Can u layer 2 sounds on top of each other on the 2kxl so that they both play at the same time? so that if i hit one pad, 2 samples will play!so i can perhaps play a bass note and a high note of the same pad!

Go into programs on the MPC and assign the two sounds to one pad or either copy the track to a blank track and that will double the "sound" only. I am assuming that the sounds are different, look into the manual toward the back under programs and it tells you how to assign two sounds to one pad in a program.
