I was reading a post from a couple of days ago & some1 mentioned a trick Lampdog called "Double Resolution"...whats that about family??

I dunno Lampdog's trick but maybe it's the sameas this: if you need double the resolution on the sequencer just double the tempo of a sequence. A 16th note becomes a 32nd. A 32nd becomes a 64th and so on.

When quantise isn't on the Maximum resolution you can get is 96 pulses per quarter note. Which is small but sometimes not enough. But if you double the tempo you get 192 ppq. That's plenty small.

Also you all the adjustment to timing (e.g. Note shift) you make are a lot smaller than at the normal tempo which allows you to go into more detail.
