can u put the sounds that you just zoned in another bank so whats already on the pads is not affected. because i have one thing playing in bank A after i sample something else and slice it those sounds go to bank A and what i had in there is now being played with the new sample. help. thanks

You can put them in a separate program so your current program doesn't get messed up. See manual page 108.

you can do it by going to the program screen, pick the program where you want all your sounds to be, hit a blank pad and then turn the wheel to pick which sound is going to be assigned to that pad, keep doing this until you have all your sounds where you want.

The new slice will create a new program and will push what you have loaded in the Mp back to program 2......so what you can do is press shift and 6 and on the top of the screen you can select which program is first and which is next
