Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

my mpc says my zip has 70mb of free space but when i try to save to it it says not enough space i change disk and it still says that even though i have free space on the different disk :?

It's probably just that you have too many files in your root folder. What you may have to do is load up a program fro your zip and save it to another zip temporarily while you make room on the original zip.
After resaving a program to another zip erase the original one and go to the load screen hit open window, new folder name it and then after that scroll to the new folder you just named hit do itthe folder should open and in the right corner of the screen where it usually says root it will say (new folder's name). Now after you've reloaded the program that you transfered earlier you will have to reopen the new folder again to save in it. You don't have to create a bunch of new folders. Only as many as needed.

I AM USING THE MY 2000 NOT XL U CANT MAKE FOLDERS WITH THE 2000
IT MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE?

you need to partition the disk since there is a file limit per partition.
