Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

when i have a sample or a sound how do i chang the temo i have no manuel/when i have a sample & i want it to hit like da da dadada of the sound or da sample how would i do that?

i have no idea what you're asking....

change the tempo of the sequence or the actual sample?

you should see where you change the tempo of the sequence...

as for the sample, if you have time stretch you can use that. if not, you have to either chop, TUNE, or stretch your sample in another program....

download a manual.

go into the menu, tap, tap again, go up and tap once more, right click, open menu and shift. That should put you where you need to be. :?

turn the polyphony of the sample down to 1.

this site has helped me with my questions more than the manuel has. I still refer to it, but i prefer looking here for most things.
