You can, record whatever beat you want, use the main outs, record 2 mono tracks at a time or one stereo track at a time into a 2ch soundcard (most cheap standard normal soundcards are 2ch). into whatever program daw that you prefer.
Repeat until you have recorded all your tracks from your mpc into your daw.
No extra money, just the regular soundcard in a desktop until more money is saved to get something better.
No, you don't NEED a mixer, you don't NEED 8 outs to do this.
