I think the answer is to do create your own chromatic program with the vinyl sample.

when you load a sample in the load screen, that is where you assign that sample to a pad. once you load a sample up and assign it to a pad, you can use 16 levels and play the bass at different notes

Yes i found solution and i've created another program; but my MPC 2000 can't do the auto tessiture for my keyboard ... do you have a solution about it. Thanks.

make x number of copies of the sample you need and assign them to the different notes and tune each sample manually (+10/-10 to go one semitone up/down) .
