Buy/Install Factory card reader for 2000xl

Has anybody bought and installed the
Creation Station Music Technology 15-in-1 Media Reader/Writer?

I believe it's standard in the 2000xl MCD.?

That looks like USB. That one wouldnt work. (at least the one u have posted in the pic.)

Yeah the pic came from a site listing eq. that "supposedly" use "that" card reader.

Just trying to see if anyone found a suitable card reader in black.
The one I've seen the most is white.
I have the blue xl with black front panel.

Just tryin' to "coordinate."

P.S. that last track you posted was aaiight.

Remove the front cover and spray paint it black. I had an floppy disk drive that was like an off white color and i just removed the front cover of it and sprayed it black. That only cost me 84 cents total. Noone will eva know u did it.
