MPC 2000 conversion to DP

I would like to start recording some songs in Digital Performer although i've used a mpc2000 for seqencing for the last 8 yrs or so..Once i do this will i be able to convert whatever tracks i've made in DP back to MPC format should i decide to go back and is it difficult..Thanks

No, you will have to do everything over. There is no converting the ALL and APS files. You could try saving the SEQ as a midi file though and playing that midi file in DP. I've tried it once and couldn't get it to work. One of my friends a while back got it to work but I don't know exactly what he did.
