Problem with 2000xl

I loaded a (aps.) file, after it load i tryed to load a (all.) file. my screen then was froozen on this wild as ####.

thats what my screen looks like. SEQ,RUN,STEP and MEMORY where just above the mpc`s F3,F4,F5 and F6. I just want to no what this screen or if any one has seen this or something familar before. Take in mind that I might of had a few spelling mistakes the letters and numbers on the mpc where all inline with each other.

i can change all these numbers and these letters just scrolling with the wheel and use the cursor and F1 f2 f3 f4 f5 f6 what is going on.

small world ... my MPC had same error and locked up ....
i powered down .. waited a few minutes and fired it back up

Wow small world alright i have been getting this some times ever since i brought mine 4 yearz ago. Mainly when i am sequencing to hard for a long time!!!

it's not a big issue. I had a XL that did that one time,I can't remember what buttons I pushed. but mainly it's trying to load something that's not there. and it freeze or these numbers pop up.I wouldn't worry to much,unless it's doing this all the time. oh check make sure the ram is not going out or is pushed all the way in.
