Tempo Question

I have had my mpc for a few days now so I am a true noob. Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but I am not afraid to ask you masters a few questions.
Yes, I am reading the manual.
When I set the master temp to 105, and the seq to 105, and the sample BPM has been matched to 105, but when I go to record, the metronome click is at a different temp from the actual loop. Which untimately means that my bars will not be in synch. Is this where I need to play around with Timestrech and Tuning, or am I totally missing something?

What type of loop is it ? Drums,some sort of melody or sth else ?
If your seq tempo is 105 bpm and you made the beat match to 105 bpm (I assume you played with the timestretching already to achieve that ),after recording it should be ok.
Maybe your loop doesn't start at the even 1,I mean maybe it starts at 1/2 of measure...? In this case it will loop when you keep pressing the pad,but won't necessarily go with the metronome click.Especially if it's some sort of rhythym loop.
If it's a melody,you can try chopping it and assigning to the pads.You've got the loop at 105 bpm already so just divide it into even number of pieces and play the melody with the clicking metronome - then it should match tempo and should sound ok.

It is a 2 bar drum sample that I want to loop.
While recording, I notice that the sample is about 2 beats longer than the loop. When I count the bars to the rythm of the actual sample(in my mind), it comes out to 2 bars exactly. But when I record on the mpc, with the metronome clicking to the tempo of 105 and the seq set to 2 bars,the sample gets cut off about a half bar short, and the 2 bars end before my loop finishes.
