Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

hey instead of chopping a sample in the mpc any one know of a program i can get to slice it on my cmoputer then put it on the pads with the mpc editor?that would be easier for me... I'm running a powerbook g4 btw thanks

yeah i have reason, i was thinking recycle but I didn't know if that was any good is the method I'm trying to go with reccomended or not really?

Why don't you get a trail version of Recycle and "do it". If it works out for you, fine. No money loss.
I use SF, auto region, mpc editor sometimes.

yeh, recycle is a great program for what it's worth, plus it manually creates the chops for you.

use the beat detective function in pro tools since you already own it(same thing as recycle)....
