anyway to remove the popping sound from a vinyl or must you work around it?

cool edit has a good vinyl click/pop remover. nuthing really in the mpc to do this shiz but.

vst de-clicker works really well.

or if u know what ur doing programs like protools ans logic will allow u to draw them out

the best way would be software editing, or u could just chop it out on the mpc, depending on how much it interferes with the sample.

what is the popping sound? sorry english is not my first lenguage

no other way to really describe it. its the pop/crackle noise from a record.

you can zoom in (with an audio editor) and cut the pop out manually or use a pop remover nanoloop said

Pops in records are actually the needle moving over scratches or pieces of dust. Since both these things have surface area for the needle to move over, alot of the time they are actual spaces in the song... if that makes sense, like added small periods of time that aren't in the original song. Knowing this we can remove the short periods of time which the crackle or pop occurs. That's what most the software plugins mentioned do, you can also do it for individual crackles using the zone edit>delete zone feature in your MPC. I lkie to leave the crackles though cause they make it sound sweet.

If the record is really played and worn
then you cant get rid of them
my advice
be sure and clean your "vynls" as you call them
with alcohol and water mixture
then dry them
if the pops are still there
then just consider it part of the charm of "vynls"
they make plug ins that add those pops you are trying to remove
to make a sample sound more like a record so think of that
