on my xl sample screen i get a buzzing sound from my turntable to the monitors. Is it the cables or the turntable

yeah the turntable is grounded the noise mostly comes from the left cable,which cables do yall recommened hooking up the turntable to the MP, which ones work the best without giving a ***** a headache
