Yo I Need Help with my 2000 Classic ( Quantization )

Hi,

I got a problem.
Lets say on track 1 i layed down my drums, snare hihat basedrum etc.
NOW. I remember havin' the option to say I only wanna quantise the snare now from track one. By Pressing a Pad in the Open Window. Now I cant find it anymore. Hope you understood.
In other words, after I played the drums i wanna quantize my drums individually U KNOW ?

highlight the timing, 1/16, 1/8, whatever..
Hit open
Hit the pad you want to assign the quantize to.

yes but it dowsnt work , is there any adjustments somewhere else i have to do ?

have each noise on a separate track. like kick on track 1, snare on track 2, hat on 3, etc... should work then

No, i just have to put the track on drum instead of midi, so i can hit the pad. Makes no difference, when using the mpc for midi sequencing,
