how to turn stereo into mono

sup guys... i just got my 8 outputs expansion board
when i go into mixter and try to set different sounds on different ouputs the sounds that are stereo naturally take off 2 outputs.... how can i convert those stereo sounds into mono so it could only take 1 output instead of 2

go to the trim screen, hit convert and itll be the first thing youll see. damn thats in the manual
