HELP SCREEN GONE BLANKS!

just loading all my sounds in to my MP and makin a beat and suddenly i had a hold of shift and my screen has gone blank but the light is still on and all my sounds and seq still playing? any 1 know whats happened , quick fix so i dont have to turn it off

ima dumb ass i must of knocked the nob round and its my contrast! sorry DELETE this
