best alternative for fx expansion on the MPC 2000 classic

I have no fx. I was thinking about getting the expansion chip for the 2k but I would like to know if there are any cheaper or better alternatives. any help will be appreciated. thanks

For internal mpc fx. No alternatives that I know of. You can use fx inside a computer after tracking out.
