Hi all yall. i'm from germany, so they might could be a few mistakes in my grammar.
I got an MPC 2000 XL now for 1 year already, and got a lot of beats on my ZIP's. Now I wanna record my Beats in my Computer so i can upload them to Myspace or Soundklick. The Problem is i already recorded them once via Stereo Output on The MPC Backside. But somehow they don't come so good from PC like from the Computer. Now i heard from someone that i could try to record the via the Digital Output from my MPC to my Digital Input in my EMU 1212m Soundcard. The Problem is if i connect all the cables i don't get a signal in my EMU 1212m Patchmixer to record. Where could be the problem, or do you know special settings in Cubase that the beat sounds "nearly" the same on PC. and i could stay using Stereo Out instead of Digital Out ?
