eb 16 and Drum

only one drum can play the effects i am setting. is there a way to have all the effects i am sending to each pad on each of the four drums simultaneously, instead of one drum at a time?

i've messed around with the mixer setup screen, but the manual isn't very clear on what these options do.

edit:

ex. i set drum 1 to have modulation, reverb, etc but no filter

i set drum 2 to have only filter and no other stuff

while hearing the recorded tracks, only the fx on drum 1 or 2 can play, not together. what's the dealio
