mpc2000 want to back transfer all files to computer

Hi i have an 2000 i use it with a iomega jaz drive and i simply want to transfer these files to my computer before i sell my mpc and don't know how to it it is there an cable or adapter that i can but to go from the jaz drive to the usb port on my pc?

You could buy a scsi card for your pc then connect the jaz drive to the pc insert your jaz disk and copy the entire contents of the disk to a location on your hard drive.
