XL card reader installation problem via youtube video!

hey schoolforthought i ended up ordering that card reader from Amtron, and those fools do seems so sketchy. Mike seemed cool but that lady is trippin... i really hope it goes smooth when i recieve there product ..

Did you call them on the phone to order it? I just did online checkout and got it no problem. I can understand why they don't have tech support for MPC users though. It's not exactly an official mod.

haha i know what you mean .. i placed my order online and paid for 2nd day air and was just curious today and called them to get a tracking number and they said something about a power outage and they didnt ship the item yet and the lady was just saying you want your money back and i didnt even know what she was talking about... little things like that..

Then again too it says on there website that the unit is for 2000 and 2000xl, would make one think that they are at least aware. Im sure all in all it wont be a big deal and everything will be straight.

i didnt tell her that i was using it for an mpc i just said the thing never worked when i bought it. she was super asian and was like "refund!?! refund?!? you want money?!? what wrong!?!" i told her i didnt want the money back that the item never powered up so if they could swap it that would be cool...long story short im gettin the shit swapped

Ha. That's pretty funny. Glad I didn't call them--they sound like less than no help.

So did you try it out in a PC and it didn't work?

Mine came and is in and working perfect .... very happy with my choice. Card reader was a very good decision
